We track your flight status live using the flight number provided during booking. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your driver automatically adjusts the pickup time accordingly. Your driver will be waiting when you actually land, at no extra charge.
After collecting your luggage, walk out into the Arrivals Hall of your assigned terminal (Terminal 1 or Terminal 2). Your driver will be waiting right at the exit holding a sign with your name or company logo. You will also receive an SMS/WhatsApp with your driver’s phone number prior to landing for easy coordination.
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Payments are processed securely online during booking, with options to pay on board available upon request.
